What we collect

When you submit a form or call us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address or town, your water source, and anything you choose to tell us about your water. During a water test we record the measured results for your property. We also collect standard analytics about how this site is used.

Why we collect it

To schedule and carry out your free water test, to prepare and send you a written report and quote, to service equipment we have installed, and to contact you about your enquiry. Where you have given SMS consent, to text you about your appointment. We do not sell your personal information.

Laboratory results

Where analysis is sent to a MassDEP-certified laboratory, your sample is identified to that laboratory as required for chain of custody. Results are returned to you and retained by us so we can size, verify and service your system correctly.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the business — our scheduling and CRM software, the certified laboratory handling your analysis, and payment processing. Each is bound to use your data only to provide that service. We will disclose information where required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (508) 686-1582 or emailing hello@bluetigerus.com. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and out of email by using the unsubscribe link.
